The Van Wert High School Theatre Department announces that their production, Disney’s Tarzan®, the Stage Musical, will be available to stream February 17-21, 2021.

Trent Temple, Van Wert High School Athletic Director, accepts a donation from George Scott, Van Wert Federal Savings Bank Vice President and Senior Lending Officer.

Van Wert Federal Savings Bank recently donated $3,500 to the Van Wert High School Athletics Department.

Wednesday, October 21, 2020 VWHS NHS Students Earn Silver Pennant
2019-2020 National Honor Society Students

Students who participated in National Honor Society at Van Wert High School for the 2019-2020 school year were recently awarded a silver pennant and recognized as a substantial donor for their $286 donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Hero Squad.

The week of Oct. 19 - 23 is National School Bus Safety Week and the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is concerned about the safety of children riding to and from school. “School Bus Safety Week is important because it concerns our community’s children,” said Lt. Jonathon Gray, post commander of the Van Wert Post.
